HELLO WORLD

My name, which you should know if you made it this far, is Geoffrey Thorne.

I wrote the fourth TITAN novel, SWORD OF DAMOCLES. Some folks love it. Some folks like it. A very very very very few hate it. But enough people found enough of it either interesting or confusing enough that an annotation site was warranted. This is that site. I'll add to it as I see the need.

NOTE:

There is, at this time, no animated TITAN series but wouldn't it be fun if there was?

Hey Geoff,
I haven´t read your book, but I´m hooked. I´m also inspired to do my own animated series using flash. To be honest I´m a newbee, but while I was looking up for other star trek animation I came across your blog. IT´S AWESOME.
Keep up the good work buddy. It´s guys like you I look up to.

Seriously, why doesn't the Star Trek franchise take another note from the Lucas playbook and develop a really cool animated, cannon, series like this? It worked well for them when they released the original Star Trek film in response to Star Wars...

+1 to what Scott said, I think you should absolutely pitch this to the powers that be.

I did pitch the basic concept to a big production company and, while there was some interest, it was felt that the politics of doing a new TNG-based, animated series would be insurmountable now that Mr. Abrams has taken the wheel on the film franchise.

Ah well.

It's still fun to think about.
